How We Handle Small-Batch Print Orders

We start with your personalization inquiry and review the quantity, deadline, and basic production needs. This helps us match the right item, print method, and schedule for your order.

Before production, we check the artwork and name list against the approved order details and prepare a digital proof for review. Our included file preflight covers basic technical checks, but it does not replace your responsibility for content rights or final approval of names, dates, and wording.

Clear checks before production

From first inquiry to collection or delivery, every step is designed for personalized gifts and small merchandise runs.

Small-batch orders are usually planned in the range of five to one hundred items, with production times depending on the item, print method, variants, and material availability. If a rush request is needed, it can only be accepted after files, materials, quantities, and studio capacity are confirmed.

Once the proof is approved, we move into personalized production, then complete a final variant check before collection or delivery in Schwechat. This approach works well for personalized mugs, printed tote bags, custom notebooks, small team merchandise sets, and gift bundles.
