Before production, you receive a digital proof for approval. Our basic file preflight helps catch common layout issues early, but content remains your responsibility and we do not extend checks beyond the agreed scope.

Once the proof is approved, production begins. For small-batch orders, quantities usually range from 5 to 100 items, and the schedule depends on blank item availability, variants, and current studio capacity.
Completed orders are packed by variant for easy collection or delivery. We also send production status updates so you can follow progress from proof approval to handover.
